Purchases and Refunds

• Prices are listed in USD and may change.
• Refunds are available within 14 days if under 20% of course content has been consumed.
• Taxes and fees may apply depending on your location.
• Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers. You authorize charges to your selected method for purchases, renewals, and applicable taxes.
• If a refund is granted, access to the refunded course may be revoked and certificates or credits may be invalidated.
• Coupon codes and promotions are single-use unless stated otherwise and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension pending resolution. We will provide transaction and access logs to the payment network as needed.

Acceptable Use

• No harassment, spam, or unlawful activity.
• No unauthorized sharing of course materials.
• Keep discussions respectful and on-topic.
• No attempts to bypass access controls, rate limits, or platform security.
• No automated scraping or data extraction except as permitted by a documented API with explicit permission.

Intellectual Property

All course content, trademarks, and platform features are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire ownership rights by purchasing access. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

Privacy and Data
